ICPM’s Certified Manager Program in 31 Countries Worldwide
HARRISONBURG, VA – October 15, 2009 – The Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), a leading management development and leadership educator, announced today that they have established partnerships with two international training organizations, Innovage Consulting, a provider of innovative training and technologies in Greece and Cyprus, and Watson Training & Development, a leader in management training and development in Guam/Asia-Pacific. Innovage and Watson will administer the Certified Manager (CM™) certification in Greece, Cyprus, Guam and Asia-Pacific, respectively.
With over 10,000 CMs worldwide, Certified Managers represent a diverse group of industries, some of which include manufacturing, telecommunications, oil and gas, aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceuticals education, government, environmental consulting, law enforcement, and the military. ICPM partners with over 40 colleges, universities and training companies to administer the CM certification in 31 countries.

The CM program is a rigorous, 15-month program that comprises learning, application, and reinforcement of management and leadership principles that can be put to use immediately. Three certification exams validate a level of management competency and provide recognition to successful applicants who pass the examinations with the "CM” professional credential. ICPM Training Partners, such as Innovage Consulting and Watson Training & Development, facilitate the CM Program by offering customer-centric leadership and management training programs and administering the CM exams.
