February 11, 2010 -On Monday of this week, 15 candidates took part in the induction session for the Certified Manager Program. The candidates ranged from Managers to Vice Presidents who have been nominated by their direct reports to take part in the program. The program develops the competencies and general management skills of managers. and takes place over three months including 12 lecture days in preparation for the CM management certification exam.
The exam is accredited by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM), an organization that recognizes competency and professionalism of managers worldwide. Opening the induction day Amna Saif Al Mansouri, VP HRCS said, ”This program is an HR initiative and it shows our continued commitment to the development and succession planning of our Royal Jet employees. She continued: "We value your commitment as individuals to the success of the program and wish all of you the very best for the three months ahead.” The study program commences on 28th February and is managed by Sun Learning Systems.
