Courses
Course Modules
The CM program is divided into three course modules:
  • Management Skills I: Foundations of Management
  • Management Skills II: Planning and Organizing

Together, they convey a comprehensive understanding of the CM Body of Knowledge and provide skills that can be readily applied to the workplace. Courses use a blended learning format that includes:
  • study manuals,
  • online learning resources,
  • quizzes and practice exams, and
  • certification exams.
Earning CM Certification
Certification is earned by passing all three certification exams. Successful completion of the CM exams is an indicator that an individual has the skills that successful leaders and managers need.
