Recertification  Requirements
1. Pay your annual fees.
  1. Click the Pay Annual Fees button @ right. If prompted, log on with your Username and Password.
  2. Follow the directions to pay by credit card or check.

 

2. Complete and report 4 Professional Development (PD) activities by December 31, 2013.         

  1. Click the DOWNLOAD PD FORM button @ right to download a copy of the 2013 Professional Development form. The form is a fillable PDF into which you can type and save data.
  2. Complete the form. When you are finished, follow the directions at the end of the form to submit your activities, or click the SUBMIT PD FORM button @ right.

Please note that by recertifying you are agreeing to abide by the ICPM Code of Ethics and  Credential Use policy.

Who must Recertify in 2013?
Recertification is an annual process. If you earned certification prior to December 31, 2012 you are responsible for recertifying in 2013. Responsibility for recertification begins in the calendar year following the year in which you were certified.
