1. What are "My Profile" and the ICPM "Online Community" for? Show/Hide
- The ICPM Online Community is a private, professional social network. It is free from ads, goofy games and other distractions, yet offers many features of other popular social networking sites. Don't be afraid to experiment with the wide array of profile options that are available to you.
- Your profile is your link to ICPM and the online community. This is where you will go to update your contact information so that ICPM can stay in touch. You can also upload pictures, store personal files, link to your other social networks, start a blog, and connect with other certified persons and much more, all in a secure environment.
2. What is my Username (UN) and/or Password (PW)?
ICPM can't give you this information for security reasons, so you'll need to reset your PW First. Don't worry, it's easy to do. Here's how: Show/Hide
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link below the sign in button @ left.
- Enter your UN or email address and click Reset Password. (If you have more than one email address you may need to try several of them.)
- In a few minutes you will receive an email containing a secure link.
- Click the link and follow the prompts to change your PW.
- Once you have done this your UN will be provided.
3. How do I change my account information? Show/Hide
- Log on to your account and click the "Manage Profile" link within the "My Profile" subsection
- Click the "Edit Bio" icon.
- Edit your personal and professional information as you like.
- Use the checkboxes to indicate what you want other members of the ICPM Online Community to see.
- When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
4. How do I change my preferences? Show/Hide
- Log on to your account and click the "Manage Profile" link within the "My Profile" subsection
- Click the "Preferences" icon
- A list of email notifications will be shown, which you can choose to receive (or not receive) when various events occur.
- Use the ON/OFF check boxes @ left to select the notifications you do and don't want to receive (you can come back here any time to make changes).
- When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save My Settings.
5. How do I enter my Professional Development info? (for CMs and C.A.M.s only) Show/Hide
- Log on to your account and click the "Manage Profile” link within the "My Profile” subsection
- Click the "Edit Bio” icon.
- Scroll down to the PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION section and enter information as needed.
- When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
- Note that your Professional Information is always private and viewable only by you and ICPM staff.
6. How do I Pay my CM or C.A.M. Annual Fees? Show/Hide
- Log on to your account and click the "Membership Info” link within the "My Profile” subsection
- Your membership status and expiration date will be displayed midway down the "Your Account Status” page.
- Annual fees are due February 28 of each year. You may renew starting on January 15 (45 days prior to the expiration date).
- To pay, click the Securely renew your membership now >> link to proceed.
- Enter all required information
- Choose a Payment option and enter information as needed.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
- Bill Me: an invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the process
- Click Submit Securely
- If paying by credit card, review your information once more and then submit your payment.
Important: if your fees are overdue you will be directed to the "Account Status” page immediately upon attempting to log on. You will not have access to your profile until your fees have been paid.
7. How do I Renew my CM Application ? Show/Hide
- Log on to your account and click the "Membership Info” link within the "My Profile” subsection
- Your expiration date will be displayed midway down the "Your Account Status” page.
- You may renew your application starting 45 days prior to the expiration date.
- To pay, click the Securely renew your membership now >> link to proceed.
- Enter all required information
- Choose a Payment option and enter information as needed.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
- Bill Me: an invoice will be emailed to you at the end of the process
- Click Submit Securely
- If paying by credit card, review your information once more and then submit your payment.
Important: if your Application has expired you will be directed to the "Account Status” page immediately upon attempting to log on. You will not have access to your profile until your fees have been paid.
